This website, trjtech.com, is operated by TRJ Technology, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“TRJ Technology”, “we”, “I”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Prices are indicative, not an offer

Any price, day allotment, fee, or engagement description shown on this site is indicative and for information only. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services, and it does not create a contract however it is responded to. Availability, scope, and fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement and may differ from what is shown here.

Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement between TRJ Technology, LLC and the client. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this site amends, supplements, or waives any term of it.

No professional advice, no relationship formed

The content here is general information about the practice. It is not technical, legal, financial, security, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it without engaging someone — me or otherwise — who knows the details.

Sending the contact form, or emailing me, does not create a consulting relationship, a duty of confidentiality, or any obligation on my part. Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or regulated information through the form. A mutual NDA comes first; a first message should say enough to establish whether the conversation is worth having, and no more.

• Interfere with the site’s operation, including by probing, scanning, load testing, or circumventing the anti-spam or rate-limiting controls on the contact form.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated contact form submissions, or use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site for republication.

Automated retrieval for search indexing and for citation by AI assistants is expressly welcome, within the boundaries set in robots.txt.

The text, layout, design, and code of this site are owned by TRJ Technology, LLC and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish substantial portions as your own.

The typefaces used here — Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Sans — are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their respective authors. Company names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their owners and appear only to describe past employment.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party sites and, with your consent, loads third-party analytics. Those services are outside my control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement. What each service collects is set out in the privacy policy.

Availability

Liability arising from a client engagement is addressed in that engagement’s signed agreement, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
